Good thing : Recipie for a flu remidi

As per my last post i am under the flu attack but one thing that saved me from flu turning to cough and a longer illness is a recipe which i have found very practical and i thought it is a good thing to share with other too.
For kids all ages over 2
1 tsp honey
pinch cinnamon powder
small pinch (bearable) black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger juice , (can be obtained by crushing 1/2 inch piece of ginger and then pressing between your CLEAN fingers)
Mix and give 2 times a day.

Cinnamon and ginger have expectorant qualities and black pepper and honey help sooth the throat while drying up the flu.
The Ultimate Flu Prevention tea
Mix all the above ingredients , instead of cinnamon powder add 1 stick of it , instead of crushed ginger add 1inch piece of it and a few noncrushed black pepper seeds. Add water bring to a boil and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes take this tea as many times as you can
